SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping — $8.00 — 3-5 business days
Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $100 — 3-5 business days
Express Shipping — $15.00 — 1-2 business days

Local Bakersfield Delivery
We offer local delivery within 15 miles of Bakersfield, CA for $5.00 on orders over $20. Delivery is available same day or next day. We will contact you to coordinate a delivery window after your order is placed.

Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and package size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email at the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at info@silentmotosupply.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package please contact us within 5 business days.
